Nicholasville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Eugenia Morgan’s Success Story!

Mrs. Morgan was admitted to our community on August 2nd of last year for overall general weakness. In order to return home, she had to improve her functional independence. Mrs. Morgan participated in physical, occupational, and speech therapy in order to target ambulation, balance, activities of daily living, and cognitive function. Mrs. Morgan had excelled in all aspects and had demonstrated functional abilities to discharge back into her home with her family! It has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with Mrs. Morgan. Congratulations to her and her Care team on their success!
