Nicholasville Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Larry Singleton’s Success Story!

Mr. Singleton was admitted to Nicholasville Nursing and Rehabilitation for overall weakness and required a feeding tube. His goal was to improve functional independence and be able to return home. He worked hard in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to target walking, balance, activities of daily living, cognitive function, and swallowing. Larry has excelled in all aspects and demonstrated the functional ability to discharge home safely with minimal assistance! He can now enjoy regular food by mouth and no longer requires his feeding tube. We have enjoyed working with Mr. Singleton and are happy to be part of his healing journey!
